Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember information about your visit. Some sites also use similar technologies such as local storage, which works in much the same way. References to “cookies” on this page cover both.

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies for two purposes: to keep admin users logged in to the dashboard (essential), and to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it (analytics). Analytics cookies are only set with your consent. We do not use cookies for advertising, remarketing or tracking you across other websites.

3. Types of cookies we use

Essential cookies

These are required for the site to function and cannot be turned off. They are only set for admin users who log in to the dashboard — public visitors do not receive essential login cookies.

  • next-auth.session-token (or __Secure-next-auth.session-token on HTTPS) — keeps you logged in. Up to 8 hours.
  • next-auth.csrf-token — protects against cross-site request forgery during login. Session.
  • cookie-consent (browser local storage) — remembers your cookie choice so we don’t ask again on every visit. Until you clear it.

Analytics cookies

We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to understand how visitors find and use the site — for example which pages are visited, how people navigate the booking process, and where traffic comes from. PostHog collects your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, click events and referring URL. We do not link analytics data to your name, email address or booking details. These cookies are only set with your consent.

  • ph_<key>_posthog — assigns a unique identifier so PostHog can recognise return visits. Up to 12 months.
  • ph_<key>_window_id — distinguishes between browser tabs and windows. Session.

4. Your preferences

You can change your analytics cookie preference at any time below. Declining will not affect your ability to use the site or make a booking.

5. More information

For more on how we handle personal data — including the lawful basis for our use of analytics, international transfers, retention periods and your rights — see our Privacy Policy.
